Common questions

Start here

Which workspaces can I use?+

AIHire has separate candidate and recruiter workspaces. Choose your role during sign-up or after sign-in. Access is controlled by the backend role claim, and internal operations surfaces are not part of ordinary navigation.

Does a score make a hiring decision?+

No. A score is an AI-assisted signal built from the available document evidence. Review matched, inferred, missing, unavailable, and warning states before making a human decision.

What happens when a CV has no extractable text?+

The analysis should stop with an actionable error rather than produce a misleading score. Try a text-based PDF, DOCX, TXT, or Markdown file, or use the available text input path.

Can I export a screening result?+

Recruiter screening sessions expose a CSV export. Candidate-level transparency reports and anonymized CV previews are available when the session contains that record.

What does a fairness finding mean?+

A finding is a supported review signal from the job-description audit. It is not proof of unlawful discrimination, a guarantee of fairness, or a substitute for human and legal review.

How do I request deletion or access to my data?+

Start from the privacy page or contact support with the account email and a description of the request. Do not send passwords, tokens, or resume contents in the first message.
